Garrett advises businesses on all sorts of matters, from typical business problems that arise to complex issues. After graduating from law school, Garrett worked in the Portland, Oregon area at private law firms and most recently in-house at a large financial institution. He now joins PNW Business Law with significant experience under his belt. Garrett ensures his clients feel valued at all points of working together. He has helped his clients with operating agreements, corporate bylaws, complex commercial contracts, executive compensation, employment agreements, purchases and sales of businesses, investments in exempt securities, commercial leases, purchases and sales of real estate, license agreements, promissory notes, loan agreements, and more.
