Garrett advises businesses on all sorts of matters, from typical business problems that arise to complex issues. After graduating from law school, Garrett worked in the Portland, Oregon area at private law firms and most recently in-house at a large financial institution. He now joins PNW Business Law with significant experience under his belt. Garrett ensures his clients feel valued at all points of working together. He has helped his clients with operating agreements, corporate bylaws, complex commercial contracts, executive compensation, employment agreements, purchases and sales of businesses, investments in exempt securities, commercial leases, purchases and sales of real estate, license agreements, promissory notes, loan agreements, and more.

  • Drafted and negotiated commercial leases for landlords and tenants in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, technology, and professional services.
  • Represented and advised on the purchases and sales of numerous businesses, including restaurants, HVAC services, a car wash, software, technology, and real estate.
  • Prepared operating agreements, articles of incorporation, bylaws, stockholders’ agreements, and other organizational documents for limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Drafted commercial contracts, including but not limited to consulting agreements, revenue-sharing agreements, ATM lease agreements, sale and distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and more.
